1. Check your registered email in EasyChair

• All notifications, opinions and instructions for the next step will be sent by email.
• If you do not receive the message by 19/07, check your spam box and, if necessary, contact the organization

 

2. Conditional Acceptance

• All accepted works are subject to adjustments. It will be necessary to incorporate the suggestions of the reviewers and send the final version of the article in the official template and a response document to the reviewers’ comments (mandatory item for final acceptance).

 

3. What to do if your work is accepted conditionally?

• Review the text incorporating all comments received.
• Prepare a separate “Response to Reviewers’ Comments” document: Number each reviewer’s comment and describe how it was handled (or justify if not applicable).
• It is mandatory to use the 3DLA2025 Word Template available in the Templates & Instructions section of the site.
• Submit via EasyChair (same submission number used in the extended summary):
  • Full revised article.
  • Document of responses to reviewers.
• Ensure that at least one co-author is registered for the event (see Registration section).

 

4. Deadline for sending the final version

• Deadline: September 30th, 2025.
• The submission will be made by the same EasyChair link, using the same submission number.

 

5. Registration required

• At least one co-author must be registered in the event to ensure the inclusion of the work in the program and annals.
• Each entry entitles the submission of up to two articles.

 

6. Definition of the presentation form

• The decision between oral or poster presentation will be informed after the final submission, considering the quality and number of works approved.

7. Online participation

UNLIKE THE INITIAL ANNOUNCEMENT, ONLINE PARTICIPATION IS NOT GUARANTEED.

We inform that the FIG 3D Land Administration 2025 is being organized to take place in person in Florianópolis, Brazil. Although it was initially announced with the possibility of a hybrid format, there is still no confirmation about the online transmission of the event. At this time, we cannot guarantee that there will be live streaming or recording of performances. We recommend that those interested in following the program consider face-to-face participation. Thank you for your understanding.

 

8. Limit of works per registration

Each entry allows the inclusion of up to 2 papers in the program/proceedings. Authors who participate in more than 2 papers must guarantee additional co-author registrations.
