Payment by institutional commitment
This type of registration is intended for public bodies, universities or institutions that make the payment of the registration via commitment.
Instructions for registration by commitment
- Mandatory registration form for each participant: The institution responsible for payment must complete, for each participant linked to the commitment, the online registration form and select the option “Institutional Commitment” as a means of payment.
- Sending data to issue the commitment note: After completing the form(s), the institution responsible for payment should contact the organization of the event by e-mail eventos@feesc.org.br, informing:
- Full name of participant(s)
- Identity doccuments (CPF)
- Registration values
- Institution registration doccuments (CNPJ)
- Corporate name
- Full address
- Data for issuing the invoice (if necessary)
- Deadline for sending the proof of commitment: The commitment document must be sent by the deadline indicated for each batch of registration. Only after receipt of the voucher, registration will be confirmed.
- Confirmation of registration: The registration will be validated after analysis of the commitment and confirmation by the organization.
Important remarks
- Failure to submit the pledge within the deadline will result in cancellation of registration.
- Commitments with dates after the closing of registrations will not be accepted.
