Payment by institutional commitment

This type of registration is intended for public bodies, universities or institutions that make the payment of the registration via commitment.

Instructions for registration by commitment

  1. Mandatory registration form for each participant: The institution responsible for payment must complete, for each participant linked to the commitment, the online registration form and select the option “Institutional Commitment” as a means of payment.
  2. Sending data to issue the commitment note: After completing the form(s), the institution responsible for payment should contact the organization of the event by e-mail eventos@feesc.org.br, informing:
    1. Full name of participant(s)
    2. Identity doccuments (CPF)
    3. Registration values
    4. Institution registration doccuments (CNPJ)
    5. Corporate name
    6. Full address
    7. Data for issuing the invoice (if necessary)
  3. Deadline for sending the proof of commitment: The commitment document must be sent by the deadline indicated for each batch of registration. Only after receipt of the voucher, registration will be confirmed.
  4. Confirmation of registration: The registration will be validated after analysis of the commitment and confirmation by the organization.

Important remarks

  • Failure to submit the pledge within the deadline will result in cancellation of registration.
  • Commitments with dates after the closing of registrations will not be accepted.
